the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. loved the comfy beds, they were real nice for a good night sleep. the shower worked great and was really refreshing after a long day. the location is perfect, only a few mins from europa-park, and there's a bus stop close by. breakfast was pretty decent, just enough to start the day.

the parking spots can get full at night which was kinda annoying. also, i noticed some noise from the adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax sometimes.

let’s just say the location is a nice excuse for underwhelming service. I was baffled to find the parking lots "tiny" and, how quaint, the beds were so basic! I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade for my obvious displeasure, but that’s too much to ask, I guess? absolutely never going back!

Loved the spacious family room! It was just a hop away from Europa Park, and the nearby markets were a bonus for late-night snack runs.

This place was just a great fit for getting around the area in Ringsheim with great value for money. The family room was very spacious, easily accommodating my family. Try to arrive early for breakfast to snag a good spot since it can get crowded.
